Pricing

Wedding Reception

All weddings include the following:

  1. 1. Exclusive use of the venue during your event.
  2. 2. Use of our tent for your dinner, bar, and dancing.
  3. 3. A wedding Rehearsal if your service will be on site.
  4. 4. Second floor accommodations (Saturday night)
  5. 5. A marriage service on site.
  6. 6. All tables and chairs for general seating around the facility, for dinner, and the marriage service.
  7. 7. We are responsible for all set up and cleanup of tables and chairs.
  8. 8. We will provide a coordinator to be there for the rehearsal and on your wedding day to coordinate the service and flow of events.

Price

Our Wedding Day package includes items one through seven above for up to 150 guests.

We will charge $20.00 for each additional guest over 150.

You will have full use of the facility on the day of your event.

Second-floor accommodations included (Saturday Night)

All packages are subject sales and use tax.

A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 is required to hold a date.

Optional Shuttle Service:

For and additional charge we will arrange for a 28 passenger shuttle to pick up your guests at the area hotels (Hampton and Quality Inn’s in Geneseo, the Country Inn and Suites in Mt. Morris) and return them in the evening.

 

A typical schedule includes two pick up runs in the hour before your service and three return trips at 10:00 and 11:00, and 12:00.  Additional runs can be added and the scheduled times can be changed to different times.

Additional information
  • The Village noise ordinance requires that the music stop at 11:00 pm.
  • Parking attendants will be on sight to direct traffic when needed
Catering

DiPane Catering provides food services for  all wedding dinners.  A link to sample menus and pricing is below.  These menus are customizable; please contact Mary DiPane with specific questions about food and drink.

Per-person catering prices are also all inclusive and include:

  • All linens
  • All flatware
  • All glassware
  • All serving staff
  • Hors D’ouvres
  • 3 hours of open bar
  • Dinner
